We have been working with personal computers for over 20 years, starting with Apple II computers before anyone even heard of Microsoft. We have worked for small business as their full time Information Technology department as well as consulted with small business and home users wanting to get more out of their computers. We have installed complicated networks where Windows, Macintosh, and Linux computers have needed to share server resources and T1 internet connections and we have installed small home networks so a grandmother and grandfather could surf the internet at the same time. We have advanced degrees in engineering and business as well as experience teaching in public high schools.
